| 남한산성은 백제문화의 시발지로서, 백제 이래로 현재에 이르기까지 중요한 생활터전이었으며, 군사적 요충지로서 민족혼과 기상이 살아 숨쉬는 진취적 역사의 장소이나, 병자호란 이후 패배와 굴욕의 현장으로 기억되어 왔다. 최근에는 먹거리 위주의 상업시설들로 인하여, 단편적이고 소비적인 행태의 위락지로 변질되었으며, 이로 인하여 역사적, 문화재적, 경관적 가치에 대한 적절한 평가가 이루어지지 않고 있다.
이에 산성마을의 기억과 흔적을 되살려 남한산성의 제 모습을 찾아주고자 하였다. 산성의 중심공간으로서의 행궁기능을 복원하고, 산성의 극성기인 조선 후기 산성마을의 경관과 생활상을 담을 수 있는 관아거리를 재현하여, 관광문화자원이 되는 지속가능한 산성마을을 조성함으로써, 위락지 남한산성이 아닌 역사 문화공간으로 남한산성의 모습을 구현하고자 하였다.
Namhan hill castle is the starting point of Back-jae Dynasty and has been important living area since those era. Although its profound history contains people’s soul and spirit of Back-jae, this region has been memorized as crucifixion and defeated spot after Byeong-Ja Horan (the Manchu war of 1636), Today, this area has been deteriorated as a simple commercial area with lots of unnecessary expenditure. because of this, appropriate valuation about history, cultural assets, landscape has not been made.
Thus, main idea is recovering old historical Namhan hill Castle through remembrance of village. We tried to make this space embody historical cultural space not a simple commercial area. To achieve this, the function of Castle is recovered and old government office path reappearance its form to show feature of late Chosun village. |
